To me each client is a new adventure and a new challenge. I don’t have a set course of action, what I do is meet with the person and start my process of understanding who they are and what they’re ultimate desires are in life, regarding their business goals. Discovering why each and every client is unique is the most important aspect of what I do. Intuitively then, the answers come, of course with the knowledge and experience of being a business owner and launching many businesses over the years, I’ve managed to merge the hard facts with deep discovery, resulting in the optimal approach to your business and career development.
Each case is different, so depending on the individual’s goals I come up with a program that tailor suits you. In the midst of me teaching you how to build your business model, your brand identity, your website and marketing materials, we also do internal self discovery, figuring out where you are emotionally, how we are going to handle stressful situations that arise in the future and the reality of the overall plan and what to expect.
When you come into our office, you need to be prepared to hear the truth, I don’t sugar coat or try to avoid feelings getting hurt. The only way to move past the areas that are holding you back is to face the uncomfortable head on! Of course with a lot of encouragement, compassion and guidance, we work together, but it’s expected that you have an open mind and an open heart in order to see the results you so desire.
